  • Tahina - 1 tbsp

  • Olive Oil - 1 tbsp

  • Water - 1 tbsp

  • Garlic - 2 cloves chopped

  • Onion - 1 tbsp chopped

  • Lemon juice - 1 wedge squeezed

Spices, to taste

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Cumin

  • Paprika

  • Chili Powder

  • Cayenne

Garnish, to taste

  • Sesame seeds

  • Roasted chickpeas

  • Olive oil

  • Spices

Garnish should reflect the main ingredients used in the recipe.

Steps

  • Chop onion and garlic

  • Combine all ingredients and spices into blender

  • Blend

  • Adjust spices to taste

  • Garnish to taste
